About me

Hi I'm Sophie

I am a counsellor and hypnotherapist and a tailor my approach to what will work and support you the best. Everyone's circumstances and needs are different and I am hear to give you the tools and support you need to make the changes you wish to.

Hypnotherapy can help in many areas anxiety, phobias, weight management, quit smoking, confidence and many more, I have wrote about a couple of them below

I love supporting people over come and manage their anxiety. Many people have found that hypnotherapy is an effective and powerful tool to relieve anxiety and stress. Using Hypnotherapy you can start to recognise negative stress in your life and understand what you can do to prevent it impacting you in the future. I am also a qualified pluralistic counsellor, so we can use many different tools and techniques to help you achieve your goals

Phobias work on a subconscious level. This means that no matter how much we tell ourselves that XYZ isn’t threatening, our minds and bodies still react with fear. The aim of hypnotherapy is to communicate with the subconscious and change the way you feel and behave towards your phobia.

I offer group relaxation sessions - you can either book a private group with friends or attend a class that I host in Colchester. To find out more about group classes head over to
