The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

Smoking cessation

A One-off 'Cessation from Smoking' session, to not want to smoke again, only costs £110 (saving you a fortune on 'fags'!).

When I work

I am available at flexible times of the day or evening, by mutual agreement, at my Clinical Practice in Cardiff, or through arrangement at another location if feasible.

Further information

To develop Hypnotherapy it is often necessary to have six to eight sessions for the course of treatment, and to deepen the effects.

This is not the case with Smoking Cessation, which is simply a single session.
