About me

Thank you for looking me up. Allow me to introduce myself with a short history:

I am from Cardiff. My mother came from Austria, and my father from Guyana South America to be Community Warden in ButeTown. My mother became a widow when I was three, and times were hard for a mother of three. I had a good education to begin with, but had issues to overcome. I know it is a tough world, but together we can overcome any problems life throws at us!

I hope we can work together to achieve your goals.

Professional Status

As a nurse and hypnotherapist I am doubly registered.

My work as a professional psychiatric nurse, began more than thirty years ago, and has also led me to become psychotherapist clinical practitioner in hypnotherapy counselling. I am here to help you address your problems using your powerful subconscious mind...

How to Prepare

What you will need to do to begin with is to think about what it is you feel needs to be addressed in your life. First have a free initial consultation, to discuss the way forward. With the paperwork established, this may then be followed by a Hypnotherapy Relaxation.

What Happens

Using safe hypnotherapy procedures, I am dedicated to assisting you to bring about some practical solutions and help you find the peace you need, in order to function more confidently, happily and effectively. You are not at risk of being manipulated subliminally. I am governed by The National Hypnotherapy Society, The National Counselling Society, and the N.M.C. and bound by their protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards, which may be accessed on-line.

May we grow, together, and become stronger… so that we are able to achieve a better life for one and all.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Further information

To develop the hypnotherapy it is often necessary to have six to eight sessions for the course of treatment, and to deepen the effects.

This is not the case with Smoking Cessation, which is simply a single session.
