My name is Sigal Shalev and I created Open Minds to offer effective hypnotherapy in London NW3 and N10. I am a professionally qualified and experienced hypnotherapist, trained by the London College of Clinical Hypnosis – where I later went on to lecture, both nationally and internationally. I also work as a counsellor at Mind and One In Four mental health charities.
I offer a safe, confidential environment in which you can focus on, and resolve, personal issues which may be causing you pain, worry, anxiety, stress or sadness, professional, social or relationship problems, or may in some way be preventing you from moving forward.
Using a variety of Counselling, traditional Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBT), hypnoanalysis, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR I offer both short and long-term sessions and have helped adults of all ages and walks of life overcome difficulties in a wide variety of areas, specialising in the treatment of those who are unable to control their emotions of anger and anxiety, and those suffering from excess-stress.

Training, qualifications & experience
Having trained at the London College for Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH), this is where I later became a tutor and a national and international lecturer. I have over 10 years' experience, and I also provide clinical supervision to other hypnotherapists.

I offer a FREE INITIAL HALF HOUR so that you can ask questions and ensure that this is the right solution for you. After that, if you are happy to proceed, we will continue for a further hour (total 1.5 hours for the first session) charged at either:
- £85 in Hampstead, NW3
- £75 in Muswell Hill, N10
Subsequent sessions last for 55 minutes and cost either £85 or £65, as above.
30 minute top-up Skype sessions – £35
Sessions to help you quit smoking:
- Single session (1−1.5 hours) – £170
- Two sessions in the same month – £150
I accept payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card or bank transfer.
A limited number of sessions with concessionary rates are available to those on income support and disability allowance - please enquire.
