About me

As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Coach, I help people to make positive change in their lives and be happier. I have a wealth of experience in helping with anxiety, confidence, insomnia & changing habits & more. Free 60 minute Consultation.

We work together as a team to get to the root of the problem which helps to make changes in your unconscious programming or 'auto-pilot' for powerful results. This is an interactive process and can be an empowering experience.

When I first went to see Siân I had totally lost my identity, and my self worth was non-existent.
