I am also trained in using Cognitive Behaviour techniques and Mindfulness.
I am passionate about what I do and have my own practice, Hypnos Clinical Hypnotherapy, which successfully treats clients from across Staffordshire and the West Midlands. I am solutions focused and I have treated clients for many different issues including stress and anxiety, phobias and addictions, self esteem and confidence and weight loss. I believe you can access your subconscious mind and take control of your emotional well being, through Hypnosis, which is a safe natural state that helps you to deeply relax. In addition, I use Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), as a therapeutic approach which helps you make conscious positive changes to the way you think, feel and behave. I also use Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), to improve the quality of your life , visualisation techniques, Mindfulness, Timeline Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT).

I trained at the award winning Central England College of Hypnotherapy in Birmingham and hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma.
I am registered with the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH) and also registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).

The initial 20 minutes telehone consultation is offered free of charge to provide an opportunity for you to ask questions about the treatment without making a commitment.
Sessions last for approximately an hour to an hour and a half and are charged at £75.00. Two hour sessions will be charged at £100.00. You will also be offered a free CD. Discounts for unemployed and students.
