About me
I help people to break FREE of trauma, anxiety, leave panic attacks behind, recovery from burnout & put an end to stress related illnesses, including persistent pain.
I work ethically from both a trauma and pain science informed practice.
I have served in the Emergency Services for 30 years and I know how flippin’ painful & amazing life’s journey can be.
I have experienced significant emotional events, trauma, juggled a challenging career along with a family & the pressure to succeed across all areas of life.
Knowing first hand just how debilitating and life limiting stress, anxiety, overwhelm & trauma can be, I decided I wanted to find out who I could be without them, I was ready for change!
After being on my own healing journey, I took the decision to train in a number of therapies and to move into private practice. I haven’t looked back since.
I work with people & teams to make positive, effective changes so they can feel confident in all areas of their life & move from merely surviving to thriving.
