Sarah Neale, Cert Hyp CS, MHS, PgDip, MSc
My name is Sarah and i run a practice in Gowerton, Swansea based in the lovely surroundings of a physiotherapy and osteopathy centre. I work with a wide variety of issues such as:
- Confidence Building
- Weight Loss
- Stop Smoking
- IBS Symptoms
- Many more
A reason that hypnotherapy is so successful with such a wide range of issues is that it allows us to work directly with the subconscious mind to make the changes that the client wishes. I often describe the process to clients that it is like changing an outdated computer programme that you no longer need and updating it with a new programme that is useful to you.
It can be quite a daunting experience when you are seeking hypnotherapy for the first time and this is why i offer a FREE initial face to face consultation so you can see the environment, discuss your issue in detail and in confidence as well as asking any questions that you may have before you make a decision. It is very difficult to say how many sessions you may need since every person and issue are different. Typically the number of sessions may be between 3-5 although this is evaluated throughout our time working together and could be more or less.
The ethos behind the practice is to provide the highest standard of service to clients by providing the most personalised service tailored to each individual client’s issues
I describe hypnotherapy to my clients as teamwork as it requires input and feedback throughout our time working together in order to maximize results. Therefore hypnotherapy can definitely be an empowering journey for clients knowing that they have participated in their own success.
It is incredibly rewarding for both the client and myself when they complete a course of hypnotherapy feeling like a weight has been lifted and they are able to go on with their life much happier.
Training, qualifications & experience
My education includes Cert Hyp CS, as well as a PgDip in Psychology and MSc in Behavioural Analysis. I am a member of The National Hypnotherapy Society, which holds the first and only current hypnotherapy register to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under its Accredited Registers Programme.
I have a previous background of working within the NHS and a lifelong interest in psychology and behaviour. I found working within the healthcare industry inspirational as to how hypnotherapy can benefit so many people in so many ways. I completed my hypnotherapy training with a view to help as many people as possible live more fulfilling lives and have successfully done so with a range of issues.
I am a certified Old Pain 2 Go practitioner, a methodology to help rid those old pain messages no longer needed but which still cause you issues

I am a certified Old Pain 2 Go practitioner
It can be quite a daunting experience when you are seeking hypnotherapy for the first time and this is why i offer a FREE initial face to face consultation so you can see the environment, discuss your issue in detail and in confidence as well as asking any questions that you may have before you make a decision.
After the initial consultation, each session costs £70 and lasts approximately one hour. Since every person and issue is different, it is very difficult to state how many sessions would be required. This typically ranges between 3-5 sessions but is assessed throughout and could be more or less.
For a smoking cessation programme, i offer a one off 2 hour session (this is separate from your FREE initial face to face consultation) and the cost is just £150
The practice is close to plenty of transport links and there is ample public parking in a veryshort walk from the practice as well as being within short walking distance to other local amenities such as shops and post office
