About me
I've been working as a hypnotherapist since 1997 and I chose the business name 'Hypnotherapy for Positive Change' as that is what I believe hypnotherapy helps provide for people. You and I work as a team to gently guide fast and effective change to happen. Hypnotherapy is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The sessions are approximately an hour (but allow longer as we often run over).
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained through the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy in London receiving a diploma in advanced hypnotherapy and I am a member of the National Council Of Hypnotherapy (NCH).
I regularly attend peer supervision and masterclasses and over several years I have developed a holistic approach to help clients achieve their desired changes. Each client is treated as an individual with a non-judgemental and confidential approach.
I believe that everyone can make change and hypnotherapy is a very relaxing and enjoyable way to help shift unwanted thoughts/feelings/beliefs/behaviours to help make life more as they would like it. The biggest thing that brings people is anxiety but people come for all sorts of reasons, sometimes they don't know quite what they want, just that they want things to be different.
Member organisations
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

Session fees:
Hypnotherapy: £60 a session or £220 for 4
Smoking Cessation Hypnotherapy: £150
Past Last Regression: £50
Also available: remote Reiki/Rahanni healing sessions & Oracle card readings.
