About me
Hello, this is Sandrine at Renaissance Hypnotherapy.
- Renaissance Hypnotherapy offers high-quality hypnotherapy services and specialises in anxiety states and phobias, insomnia, and IBS (GHR specialist status).

- I am an Anxiety-UK approved therapist and provide therapeutic support to the charity's members and partners beneficiaries.
- I use CBH (Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy), NLP and Suggestion Hypnotherapy.
Our first meeting will last up to 90 minutes. Subsequent hypnotherapy sessions will last about 50 minutes.
Depending on the issue, hypnotherapy generally requires 4 to 6 single sessions so positive change is implemented however, other conditions such as IBS or chronic pain will take more.

- Fully certified and insured hypnotherapist (HPD, Dip Hyp, NLP Pract).
- GHR (General Hypnotherapy Register)
- Qualified at the Anglo-European School of Hypnosis (UK)
- I hold the Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma: the only externally accredited diploma. I am also an N.L.P Practitioner.
I value and recognise the importance of patient relationships and of working collaboratively. I am LGBT+ aware and CRB checked to enhanced level.
My approach to treatment is on symptoms: on the 'now' not on the past. For personal ethical reasons and beliefs, I do not do past-life regression.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Online sessions: £55 for the first assessment and £50 for subsequent therapy sessions.
