About me

I specialise in weight loss management which involves emotional eating, cravings, binge eating or drinking, different addictions related to the unhealthy lifestyle. Often these symptoms are overtly and directly linked to the underlying stress or anxiety, sometimes the connection is less obvious at first.                                           I use evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy techniques to treat addictions-alcohol and drugs, cravings, stop smoking, anxiety, stress, weight loss and insomnia.

If you crave chocolate, unhealthy snacks or alcohol and that effects your daily life I can help you overcome it with a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.

Let's work together and find out the trigger point in your life and find the solution for you to loose those stubborn pounds and never gain them back.

Do you wake up sluggish, lack of sleep and anxious and the day to day life becomes a challenge? Come to the journey with me for your total transformation.

Weight management coaching with a cognitive-behavioural hypnotherapy approach is a holistic lifestyle change programme addressing EVERYTHING that stands in your way,  including your diet, sleep, stress levels, anxiety, thoughts, believes and emotions.

Further information

Together we will  develop a clear, simple, step-by-step plan so you know exactly what to do.

You will implement solutions to the things that always hold you back. This way, you will consistently get results at a pace you're happy with.

This  whole process will happen while I support and guide you every step of the way so you stay on track.

With this approach, you will be able to implement different techniques and practices, which will help you resist your cravings, relax, and calm your emotional stress.

Provided that you follow the plan, you will:

  • Feel and look better and younger than you have in years.
  • Believe in yourself again.
  • Gradually become a new upgraded version of you.
  • There will be no more all-or-nothing approaches and no more quitting just because things get a little harder sometimes.
  • Failure is no longer an option, because giving up on yourself isn't an option. This time, you will stay the course.
