About me

As a hypnotherapist, I help those who I work with, to overcome barriers, help to  learn ways to cope with their life. I help them to move forward in their lives in a way that they want to and/or need too.

Hypnotherapy is an effective and impactful way to help you take control of your thought processes and make the changes you want in your life.

I've helped people overcome their fears and phobias, win the battles with their anxiety and overcome their addictions. By using Hypnotherapy in conjunction with other techniques such as Mindfulness, Laughter Therapy, Gibberish Therapy and Parts Therapy, EFT, regression and EMDR as well as using solution focussed counselling and coaching. I aim to help you cope with the challenges that life brings.

Finding that balance for your life is important as it can set so many things both in body and mind right.  Let me help you find your balance.

A consultation by telephone is free, see if I am the right person to help you.
