About me

As an experienced therapist, I specialise in helping people break free from behaviours and emotions that negatively affect their lives. These include anxiety, grief, phobias, sadness, low self-esteem, anger, resentment and unhappy childhood memories.

These behaviours are controlled by the subconscious mind, so you feel like you have no control over them. Together we can change them at the subconscious level, delivering lasting change.

Even if you don't know what the problem is or just feel you have lost your zest for life, together we can change this.

Email or call me to arrange a free no obligation telephone consultation contact@samanthagrant.co.uk or   07919 577 512

The sessions also allow more synchronicity, flow, motivation, contentment and happiness into your life. Read the testimonials on my website: https://www.samanthagrant.co.uk/reviews
