Samantha Grant MSc. The Happiness Coach. Hypnotherapy, NLP & PSYCH-K
I am a happiness coach and have clinics in Reading, Marlow and Caversham.
I can help you to re-write the software of your subconscious mind. Changing self limiting beliefs and behaviours into self enabling ones that help you to move forward with life, achieving what you want.
I specialise in helping people break free from behaviours and emotions that hold them back in life. These include anxiety, greif, sadness, fears, low self esteem, feeling stuck, anger, resentment, lack of control, tearful outbursts, unhappy childhood memories and depression.
These behaviours are held at the subconscious level of the mind, so they are automatic and you feel like you have no control over them. Together we can change/re-write them at the subconscious level, delivering lasting change.
In fact if your mind is a factor in your problem, then I can probably help you. Even if you don't know what the problem is or where it has come from or you just feel a bit lost, plodding through life with no zest or like you'll never be as good as other people; then contact me to talk about it and explore if I can help you.
Email or call me to arrange a free no obligation telephone consultation email@example.com or 07919 577 512
The sessions can also allow more synchronicity, flow, motivation, contentment and happiness into your life. Reading the testimonials on my website: https://www.samanthagrant.co.uk/testimonials
