About me

Hi and welcome,

Are you feeling stuck and can't seem to find a way to break free from that problem? Do you want to take steps to change your life for a better future but you don't know how? I help people just like you to become "unstuck" and find solutions so you can facilitate long lasting change in your life and go towards a better future. Maybe it's helping you to gain freedom from stress, anxiety, panic attacks or depression or perhaps improve on relationship problems, resolve a phobia or help you improve your chances of conception. Whatever the issue, identifying and changing subconscious patterns of behaviour which are no longer serving you for something more helpful in your life is a game changer.

My background

After personal experience of feeling highly anxious for long periods of time, and then suffering with fertility issues for over ten years, I recognised how Hypnotherapy had been THE turning point with both issues. I noticed the HUGE difference in the way I felt and how I was empowered to overcome these problems. I now help other people to overcome their difficulties and tailor my Hypnotherapy sessions specifically to you to bring about your desired outcomes.

How long will the appointment last?

I allow one and a half hours for the first session and one hour for further sessions.

What will happen during the session?

The session is informal. We will chat about what your intention and goals are, take a brief history and a general gathering of information about your resources and then facilitate the changes you want.

How many sessions will I need?

It can take only one session with issues such as a one-off phobia or specific event anxiety. For other issues such as long-term high anxiety states and depression for example it may take several sessions but many of my clients’ remark they can notice a difference in how they feel from the very first session.

For multiple sessions, appointments may initially begin as weekly and may soon develop into sessions with longer intervals between appointments as you develop the skills and understanding to manage your own issues.

I am an empathetic practitioner, who strives to deliver professional highly skilled, ethical practice. You can be sure I will work to the best of my ability to ensure you get freedom from your presenting issues.

“If you change the things you look at, the things you look at change”

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

I can help with a wide range of issues. Due to my own experience of the problems I experienced in the past trying to conceive I have a special interest in helping those who are trying to have a baby. It took me ten years to finally become pregnant and I wonder how many years I could have saved myself if I had known the impact of the mind on fertility. I am obviously not able to guarantee a couple will become pregnant. I can help to find problem patterns of behaviour, clear trauma and maximise fertility chances.

By using mind-body approaches and Hypnotherapy I can help to identify and address the mental and emotional factors which may be affecting fertility as well as help to reduce the negative effects of stress. I also teach self help tools and techniques to empower those going through their fertility journey.
