Sally Noble HPD, DipH, Dip NLP
Hello, I am Sally. As a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner I offer a dedicated, caring and professional service bringing all of my experience to help you overcome difficulties and make positive and long-lasting changes in your life.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes. This gentle, yet effective therapy is now becoming widely recognised as a powerful tool in treating a huge range of issues and is recommended by NICE guidelines for working with certain conditions.
As with any therapy, hypnotherapy aims to help you identify issues that may be holding you back and then make positive changes to enable you to achieve your goals. Where hypnotherapy is unique is in it's ability to allow you to have access to your subconscious mind. This is where many of our deep-rooted habits, ideas and beliefs are stored and these often drive our thoughts and behaviours without us being aware of it. Have you ever wondered why it is so difficult to overcome an addiction, change your diet or deal with fears and anxieties? However, your subconscious is also the home of all your skills, abilities and personal resources. By using a range of suggestions and techniques I help you to alter any negative thought processes and behaviours and develop new, healthier patterns of thinking and behaviour to bring about the changes you are seeking.
This ability to access your subconsious mind means hypnotherapy can treat issues at their source so that the changes are deep and long-lasting. Even difficulties of many years' standing can be successfully and permanently overcome leaving you free to enjoy life with greater confidence and control.
I have been in practise since 2010 following a career in teaching and having experienced the huge benefits of hypnotherapy for myself. I am a registered member of the GHR ( General Hypnotherapy Register ) and the GHSC ( General Hypnotherapy Standards Council ) and I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and good practise within my work.
My practise is based in the lovely village of Woodhall Spa and I work with people of all ages and across a wide range of issues. I am developing specialisms in treating anxiety, stress and panic and in overcoming habits and addictions such as smoking and alcohol abuse. I have also completed a Masterclass in helping people overcome Insomnia and sleep problems as sleep is so vital to our overall health and well-being.
Alongside hypnosis I use techniques and methods drawn from a number of other therapies including NLP ( Neuro-linguistic Programming ), CBT ( Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ) and EFT ( Emotional Freedom Technique ). This means we can formulate a treatment plan to meet your specific needs and goals as they will be as unique as you are. I care passionately about helping people overcome their difficulties so that they can enjoy life to the full. Any form of therapy involves a partnership based on trust and mutual understanding and I feel it is a privilege when people put this trust in me.
If you have any questions or would like any further information, please do get in touch. I welcome all enquiries and there is absolutely no obligation.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
National Council for Hypnotherapy
The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
