Is ‘Time for change therapy’ for you?
I am a registered and fully insured clinical hypnotherapist practising in Tonbridge and Faversham.
I also provide counselling and am an Approved Therapist with Anxiety UK.
People come to me for all sorts of reasons; most recently I have worked with clients over: anxiety, confidence, erectile dysfunction, goal-setting, insomnia, motivation, panic attacks, phobias, IVF preparation, relationship issues, self-esteem, stopping smoking, tinnitus and weight loss.
These are only some of the issues that can be helped. Just as importantly, these issues may be symptoms of an underlying challenge for an individual in his or her life.
I use an integrated approach to draw on my hypnotherapy and counselling training to listen to my clients, empathise with them and try to understand their issues. I work alongside them to help them make the changes they desire. Everyone is individual and unique and the therapy I provide reflects this.
Everyone matters and everyone has the ability to change.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
£60 for initial consultation and £50 thereafter.
I am very happy to provide a free, no obligation chat on the telephone where I can answer any questions you may have.
These are some of the things clients have said about me:
"I had some hypnotherapy sessions with you last May in preparation for my 4th round of IVF. We were successful and I now have a beautiful baby girl who is 5 months old. I often think about how I would imagine myself with my baby in my bedroom and listen to your recordings everyday and I really believe that the positive visualisation had a part to play in our success, so thank you for the part you played in our journey." August 2019
"Dear Sally, things are going really well. I still sometimes have difficulty getting off to sleep. However, I am generally sleeping for longer periods and awakening much more rested. On the whole I do not dread going to bed anymore which is great progress. Thank you so much for your help you have made a big difference." July 2019
“Sally has this amazing way of articulating my thoughts, she unravels and rephrases my own thoughts … she summarises in a way that makes them crystal clear … it is like a fog lifting.”
“Having suffered from a severe anxious reaction to spiders for 40 years I wasn’t sure whether hypnotherapy would be able to change how I behaved … I was clear with Sally I would never want to touch a spider, and that still stands, but I would ‘happily’ remove one now. People who know me well are astonished.’
"It was very comforting to have you approach things in a personable way, and the session really helped me to find that…it was just nice to speak to someone as a person and you really helped me get a small sense of my real self for the first time.
"The most helpful part was the nonjudgement I received about how the situation started and this allowed me to finally stop beating myself up over it and to forgive myself so I could move on and focus on getting better instead of focusing on how it started."
