About me
People come to me with a wide range of problems – from Anxiety, Blushing and Confidence to eXams, Yoyo dieting and trouble with Zzzz! and pretty much everything you can think of in between. Hypnotherapy can help you take control of just about any issue you have that bothers you. Whether it's a minor niggle, or a major hindrance, I will work with you to reveal the way forward for you.
One size does not fit all, so I use a range of techniques from Hypnotherapy (Solutions Focussed, Cognitive Behavioural, Eriksonian), NLP, EFT and Mindfulness, tailoring the sessions to fit you as an individual.
For me, it's all about empowerment - helping you to take charge of your life. I am fascinated by the influence that the mind has, not only over emotions, but also over the physical body and am passionate about teaching clients to discover how to harness that power to make real and lasting changes. And while it may not be a case of waving a magic wand, it is frequently so much easier than expected.
You can call for a free initial 20 minute consultation by telephone or over Skype.
How long are sessions?
Sessions will usually last an hour, although the first session may be longer as I find out about you, how you work and, of course, the issue you want to deal with.
Stop smoking sessions are 2 hours long.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will depend on the issue and the person; occasionally, one session is all it needs, but complex or ill-defined problems may take many more. The average is around 4 or 5 sessions.
