I provide a friendly, professional service from my home and have worked with Cognitive Hypnotherapy for over 12 years. I use Cognitive Hypnotherapy to bring about an overall process of change. I will use various techniques such as NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), EFT, Time Line, Breathing and relaxation techniques and Hypnotherapy. Everything is bespoke and tailored to you, I also provide MP3 recordings for you to keep.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is fundamentally about a narrow focus of attention- we drift in and out of trance throughout our days quite naturally-perhaps driving a familiar route somewhere and when you arrive you realise you had not noticed the journey at all-if you are deeply engrossed in a task, painting, gardening etc and barely notice the passage of time these are all “trance states”. If you have ever experienced a deep relaxation at the end of a Yoga class (Yoga Nidra) hypnosis is very similar. You are awake, fully aware of what is going on and conscious but deeply relaxed and your subconscious mind is open to suggestions to help you to breakdown your issue.
Hypnotherapy combined with NLP and Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a powerful synergy and can bring about lasting change effectively and quickly.

The first session is 90 minutes and subsequent sessions 60-90 minutes, all sessions are £70 per session which includes email support between sessions and a MP3 recording will be provided on relevant sessions.
