About me
I am an experienced hypnotherapist, business psychologist, mediator and coach who specialises in assisting people embed change, achieve goals and build the emotional toughness & resilience that allows them to thrive whatever life throws at them.
I adopt a client-centered approach to create practical and supportive sessions. I believe that the focus of any session is to create a situation where the client can be empowered to move forward - rather than becoming dependent on the therapist or the process itself.
Sessions will usually involve some level of 'home-work' and reporting back to ensure that any desired changes actually take place and are supported until fully embedded.
I offer a number of therapeutic approaches to find the best and most appropriate way to work with clients whether they are dealing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loss or loneliness, going through a major life transition or simply feel stuck and want a way to move forward. I offer a confidential space that allows you to explore the difficulties, self-criticism and negative thoughts and behaviours that may be holding you back from achieving a happier and balanced life.
My background includes experience in sales and marketing, operational change in motor retailing, projects in automotive manufacturing, professional regulation, financial services and heading up a substantial Legal operation as its CEO. This breadth allows me to draw on my experiences to create an approach based on the ‘real world’ needs of people and to ensure they are inspired to seize their opportunities in life and at work to live their ‘best life’.

Standard fees range from £80 per session, however, I often create packages of sessions to deal with a specific subject, so why not call me on 07770 811352 to discuss your situation - from there I will prepare you a tailored fee....and a mechanism to manage payments
When I work
I can meet at my therapy room in Jesmond, the MetroCentre or Hexham, at your office or home or online. I have flexible hours as I work with people in different countries and timezones.

They include strategies to (for example) maintain happiness, lock in the secrets to great relationships and constantly innovate and build your well-being. This process of building on your successes and achievements are a major part of the work I do.
In addition, many people believe that therapy doesn't work for men - they contend we don't like to talk - especially about feelings..! The key is to find the method and approach that works for men as well as other genders...
