I'm Roy Stephens, a certified Hypnotherapist & NLP Master. I specialise in the dynamic of human emotions. My practice attracts local, national, and international clients, on-line and in person. I believe that you have within yourself the ability to change and grow. I don’t need to know the detail of your issue, so sessions can be 'content free'. You don’t have to relive the past, to be able to move on.

My role is to show you how to bring to your conscious mind, the hidden wealth of knowledge and untapped ability that is yours.

In the past I have worked as a war photographer and understand first-hand the crippling effects of post-traumatic stress. So, whether your issue is rooted in a personal trauma or professional situation you are not alone.

My extensive life experiences allow me to meet you where you are at, so I can guide you forward to where you want to be.

I know it can be difficult to take the first step and experience has shown me there is no one-fix, even for the same complaint. If you choose to work with me, we will start with a 30 minute free consultation, so we can get to know each other a little better and then we can agree a programme that will reflect your personal needs.

If you can't pinpoint what is causing your distress, this is not unusual, and my blended therapy approach is remarkably successful in getting to the root cause of symptoms and then showing you how to move through and beyond, whatever it is, so you can get your sparkle back.

1st paid session may run to 1.5 hours and thereafter sessions tend to be 1 hour.

My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully for a baby for almost 6 years. We had recently had 1 round of IVF that was unsuccessful and had also tried Acupuncture, but this didn’t work.

We were connected to Roy by a work colleague.  I was very sceptical initially – this type of treatment was not something I had ever tried or considered on our path and I was committed to using purely medical intervention to sort our “problems”. However we went along to meet with Roy and from that very first session with him, things changed and we had a shift in our outlook and state of mind about the whole situation. Our next session of IVF crept up as Roy stood with us guiding us through and it was a success – our little baby boy Oliver was born.
Fast forward over 10 years and as crazy as it seems we are now a family of 6 – 3 boys and a little girl.
