About me
I offer hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress management, weight control (including virtual gastric band hypnosis), confidence improvement, performance improvement, stopping smoking, phobias, unwanted habits, pain control and IBS.
I use an eclectic approach employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, along with hypnosis, to tailor hypnotherapy to the individual's needs.
Appointments are available online and in person in the Glasgow G5 and G46 areas, close to the motorway with ample parking.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed a certificate in Personal and Professional Development in Clinical Hypnosis and a Post-graduate Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy at the Harvest Clinic, Glasgow (accredited by the University of West London), as well as a certificate in cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy. I have also completed courses in pain management, relationships, virtual gastric band hypnotherapy and hypnotherapy for trauma.
Member organisations
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.
There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.

Additional information
The cost of each hypnotherapy session is £60.00. There is no obligation to book a specific number of sessions, as the hypnotherapy is tailored entirely to you and your needs. A stop smoking hypnotherapy session costs £95 (longer session). If you'd just like to book an online relaxation session, these are good value at £50 per session.
