About me

Do you want HELP but are not sure what is the right thing to do for you, or how to go about it? Everyone can make the changes they want if they truly want too, and can find the right person to help show them the way to help them move forward. Positive change can easily be made by using hypnotherapy to bypass the parts of your mind that are stopping you making the changes you want. By finding what habits anxiety’s or fears block or hold you back. We can then change these to more positive habits and results. And help you on what ever journey of improvement or change you want.
I offer a confidential discreet service with a free no obligation consultation to discuss what hypnotherapy has to offer and what techniques we could use to achieve your desired result. I offer an online service countrywide and home visits to a 20-mile area of my practice in Hebburn, in the North East of England. Please feel free to message or phone me with the details of what change you would like me to help you make, and I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Further information

Have you ever wished you could lose weight, give up smoking, relax more, or be rid of a phobia or habit but convinced yourself that you'll never be able to do it?

Do you really want to make a change but don't believe you'll ever be able to?

If you tell yourself something enough of course you will believe it and the deep parts of our mind won't think they can change. This is where hypnotherapy may help. With hypnotherapy, we can help change the way you see a problem and can give you the confidence and belief in yourself to be able to change.

Everybody is different and may have different underlying issues that need resolving to ensure a problem doesn't resist the change. Your hypnotherapist will help you find the reason you feel you can't change and help resolve the issue so that as you make your change the deep parts of your mind and the negative voices some people have will not be able to sabotage your efforts to change.

How easy would you find it to change yourself if your mind was confident you could do it, instead of keep telling you that you can't.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
