About me

Hypnotherapy is about enabling you to feel more in control of your Life in tune with your intuitions and important Peace of Mind.Your Unconscious Mind is the Engine House that has the necessary wisdom to enable Change and the Conscious Mind is the Captain that can give positive thoughts to change unwanted Habits.

I have many years experience of success predominantly with Anxiety based difficulties and if you are strongly determined to overcome your problems .(sometimes originating in earlier Years) then Nothing is Impossible to a Willing Heart. You have the drive to change and I have a range of Trance based means including EMDR(fast help which can free up stuck Trauma) and Self hypnosis that can give long term reinforcement of learnt and healthy habits.

In order to ensure you can successsfully achieve your aims I recommend that we have a free 1/2 hour Session at the outset(you can bring a friend or relative if you need) so that both of us can be sure that we can form a Working Alliance' with Trust and mutual Respect. I work from home but can offer Office based appointments if required.
