About me

Hi I'm Rebecca, a qualified hypnotherapist (specialising in infertility issues), an NLP Practitioner and a life coach working from The Practice Rooms, South Bristol.

The fact that you have landed on this page means that you are already looking to improve your life, and take the bull by the horns! So congratulations, you have taken the first step of a new chapter in your life; as we know the hardest part is acknowledging that you need assistance... the rest is now plain sailing.

Hypnotherapy is a natural phenomenan as each and everyone of us will go into hypnosis every day; when reading, watching TV, listening to music, daydreaming - the list is endless.  By using hypnotherapy I can assist you in working with issues such as anxiety, phobias, quit smoking, fear of flying; the list is endless.

When I started to study hypnotherapy, I realised straight away that this ticked all the boxes and more. For many years, I had drifted from one course to another striving to find something I had a real passion in, something which would empower people but nothing seemed to reach my expectations. That was of course until I learned about hypnotherapy, and more importantly the power of the subconscious mind.

The most important thing to remember when going through the hypnotherapy process is that you as the client will be going into hypnosis, as a hypnotherapist I merely facilitate and guide you.

Everyone needs a little help now and again and by using NLP and Hypnotherapy techniques, I can help you overcome many things that may be preventing you from living your life to its full potential. For me, one of the wonderful things about Hypnotherapy is when I see the difference in my clients as we progress through the hypnotherapy process.

If it is life coaching that you require, after consulting with you, I will incorporate hypnotherapy and NLP techniques into a programme that I set up with you.  Therefore you are getting two disciplines into one service!

If you would like some help, please do get in touch as there really is no issue too big or too small. I acknowledge that there is ‘a no size fits all’ – we are all unique and therefore after a discussion at the consultation stage we can work out a plan completely tailored to your needs.

I look forward to becoming part of your journey.
