Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I specialise in anxiety, social anxiety, self-esteem and self confidence issues - allowing you to be empowered, confident and move forward with your life in a positive way that is just right for you.
An initial 10 to 15 min consultation either at my clinic or over the phone is provided free of charge.
My fees thereafter are £60 per session and normally last for approx an hour with the exception of 'Stop Smoking' which is completed for most clients in one session lasting between 1½ and 2 hours and costs £160.
I am also available as a Specialist Mental Health Mentor offering one to one sessions on a regular basis to guide you through different situations and life hurdles.
