Rachel Hudson BA (Hons), DSFH, MBACP, NCH, AfSFH - The Therapy Shed Doncaster
Your journey to a more positive future starts with the initial consultation where I will get a brief understanding of your history and how you want hypnotherapy to help you so that we can develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. I will explain the benefits of hypnotherapy then I will give you information on the brain in a way that helps you to understand why we suffer from conditions like anxiety, depression, and OCD and what we can do about it.
You will leave the initial consultation with a link to access my relaxation recording which you will need to listen to every night before you go to sleep, it will help improve your sleep and you will notice a difference. This is an important part of therapy and will help get you back on track as quickly as possible.
Subsequent sessions are a combination of psychotherapy and relaxing trance.
My name is Rachel Hudson and I am a clinical hypnotherapist and integrative counsellor and I practice online, via Zoom and from my own practice, The Therapy Shed Doncaster based in South Yorkshire.
I use the tools of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and this approach is very positive and forward-thinking allowing clients to implement positive changes in their lives without having to unpick or explore the past. It is backed up by the latest neuroscience and brain research.
As a solution-focused hypnotherapist, I help people suffering from anxiety and anxiety-related conditions, depression, panic disorders, OCD, weight loss, pain management, confidence and self-esteem, bad habits or addictions, sports or professional performance to mention a few.
Solution-focused hypnotherapy with The Therapy Shed in Doncaster is a positive and relaxing experience.
Our sessions help you to identify small steps towards your desired future and get you focusing on the positives in your life, combined with relaxing hypnosis which can be like a massage for the mind.
The frequency of which you have the sessions is led by you, but I would recommend in the beginning that you have weekly sessions and we can review together on an ongoing basis.
You are always in control. Hypnotherapy is by no means a magic wand but together, with your commitment, we can help you get you back on track and start living the life you want.
Please visit my website for more information or get in touch to arrange a brief call to discuss how hypnotherapy can help you.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
I work Monday to Friday until 8pm and some Saturdays.
