What happens in a session?
A session will start with discussing your issue followed by hypnosis tailored to you as an individual. Sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
For most people, one to four sessions are enough to make a big impact on your issue.
What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is, in essence, a state of focus. It's something we all experience every day when we daydream on the train, lose ourselves in a piece of work or become engrossed in a conversation and lose track of time. We become less aware of our surroundings as our attention becomes absorbed. It's what athletes often refer to as the 'zone'. In therapy, we use this state of focus to focus inside ourselves to learn new things and solve problems.
