As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, coach and NLP practitioner I can help you identify the patterns which are causing the problems you want to be free from. Cognitive Hypnotherapy helps you change unhelpful behaviour and thought patterns by dealing with the unconscious beliefs behind them. Perhaps you need help with Anxiety Stress or Phobias or you feel stuck, lacking in confidence and held back from achieving your full potential? I provide short term bespoke therapy or coaching sessions that can help.
How I work
After the initial free consultation, our first session will look at identifying the problem pattern you are experiencing and imagining what your future would look like without this. What would be different about your life and you in it? This will allow me to put together a treatment plan targeted to your needs. As part of our sessions, I will also make you a bespoke audio download, this will be written just for you to listen to in between sessions, strengthening the changes you notice. I may also set you tasks to do in between sessions such as journalling or reading.

I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy when I used it myself for issues around anxiety, confidence and limiting beliefs. It has changed my perception of myself and through that the world around me massively. I felt passionate about sharing the benefits of this with others which led me to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist. I have undergone extensive training and continue to add to my skills with ongoing training and research, I have many techniques available to me which means I can offer a very flexible approach targeted specifically to your needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy with its founder Trevor Silvester at the internationally recognised Quest Institute at Regents University in London. Quest Institute is the only hypnotherapy organisation and training school that has evidence-based research specific to our model of therapy. Our in-house funded research project is listed with NICE in their research area.
I hold a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma which is the first nationally accredited externally verified Hypnotherapy qualification, and an NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner diploma. I am a member of QCHPA, CNHC and NCH and adhere to their strict codes of ethics.
