Welcome, thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Rachael and I am a Master Practitioner of Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP.
If you are struggling with anxiety, stress, low self esteem, confidence issues and much more I can help.
Working together we can:
Uncover the underlying cause behind why you feel the way you do
Examine any beliefs that are keeping you stuck
Shift your thinking to a more positive place
Empower you with life-changing tools to help you master your emotions.
You already have everything you need to take back control, find out how by getting in touch today.
I offer structured solution focused sessions where we work on the underlying structure of what is going on without the need for hours of talking it over. Do you want to stop reliving the same patterns and start the path to the version of you that you most want to be?
I understand it is a big step to reach out to a therapist, the prospect of change can feel really uncomfortable even when it is something we really want. This is why I offer a free phone or zoom call for us to get to know each other better before deciding whether to commit to any work together.
What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy ?
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a proactive solution focused model of therapy. I use a combination of techniques such as Positive Psychology, NLP, Timeline, EFT, Parts work and ADMR aswell as hypnotherapy techniques. The flexibility of this framework means I can put together a bespoke experience for you that will work on finding and updating your past limiting beliefs and moving you towards being the version of you that you would most like to be.
It is not a passive therapy, the more engaged you are with the process the more you will gain from it. I share many tools and resources you can take away to use outside of our sessions to embed the work even further. My aim is to empower you with a toolkit for your emotional wellbeing, and a greater understanding of how the unconscious mind works, so that our time together has the greatest impact.
As part of our sessions you will get:
- A personalised hypnosis recording written just for you, listening to this will cement the changes we make in our sessions
- Recommendations of things to read watch or listen to in between session that I think will help you
- Written instructions for techniques you can use at home to empower you
- I will offer you exceptionally high levels of support not only in our sessions but between session as needed.
Why choose me?
I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy when I used it myself for issues around anxiety, confidence and limiting beliefs. It has changed my perception of myself and through that the world around me massively. I felt passionate about sharing the benefits of this with others which led me to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist. I have undergone extensive training and continue to add to my skills with ongoing training and research.

“Rachael was recommended to me during a challenging time when I’d started to become more anxious than was rational. Rachael contacted me so quickly and put me at ease, making me feel relaxed and comfortable to share how I was feeling. We set up some sessions and Rachael showed me some really good relaxation techniques that helped me immensely. During our sessions I started to be able to put things into a better perspective. Some of the techniques we used were not only helpful but I found them intriguing too.I would highly recommend Rachael’s services to those that want to openly share problems with someone who truly listens and makes you feel comfortable, treating you as an individual. Rachael has a very caring manner and the tools and techniques we used and applied were very helpful.— CT , HOVE
I received Cognitive Hypnotherapy with Rachael for a number of months this year and was extremely pleased with the sessions, and the noticed improvement to my overall mental health and wellbeing. Rachael was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of useful information during our sessions. She was generous with recommending resources which has been really helpful. The actual Hypnotherapy itself was very effective and Rachael equipped me with many strategies that I can now use myself whenever needed. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Rachael again, and can highly recommend her as a cognitive hypnotherapist - MW, HOVE
“A mutual friend recommended Rachael to me, it had been a tricky few months and I was struggling with lack of sleep, feeling anxious and stressed and the general feeling of overwhelm. Rachael has guided me through the last few weeks with hypnotherapy sessions, tips and strategies for coping better and creating opportunities for self reflection. I wondered at first about how effective hypnotherapy could be via Skype but actually it’s worked incredibly well, every night I listen to the recordings Rachael has made for me and I’m always asleep before the end! It’s clearly going in though as my sleep has improved massively and I’m feeling happier and calmer than I have in a long time. Rachael is warm, understanding and nails the problem head on, she’s given me an armoury of skills and confidence in myself to know that I have everything in me that I need to deal with any issues or difficulties as they arise. I’m feeling much calmer and happier and sleeping better than I have done in a long time!— ANNA, LONDON
Rachael is an instinctive therapist. Her approach is compassionate and sensitive but also highly intelligent. She was able to get to the heart of the matter very quickly using some skilled techniques. But I also felt she understood me and my particular problem and consequently I was very comfortable confiding in her. After two sessions with Rachael, I felt much better and able to move forward with my life. I’d recommend her very highly— JONATHAN, GLASGOW
““I highly recommend Rachael’s services. I was happy with a large part of my lifbut there were some deep rooted issues that I’d known for a while I would benefit from if resolved. But I wasn’t sure how to go about this. I ended up stumbling across Rachael’s services and booking in some sessions. I’m so glad that I did. She really helped me to get to the bottom of and understand the issues more, understand how and why they were impacting on my life, and she also equipped me with tools to enable me to approach things differently so that they didn’t influence my day-to-day anymore. Very happy with the support that I received. ”— JACQUELINE SE LONDON
“Rachael is very calm, warm and she made me feel comfortable from the start. I can only thank her very much for the wonderful work and support she has done with me to overcome fears and anxieties that were affecting my life.”
— ELODIE LONDON
“She is personal, thoughtful and caring making you feel like she is really invested in your progress and development. Rachael’s kindness and wisdom has helped me realise what I need to do to stay on top of my busy life without beating myself up or burying my head in the sand. I can’t thank her enough for trying out various techniques to find out what worked best for me.” ”
