Paula Young PG Cert (Clin.Hyp), BSCH (Assoc.)
I am offering Remote Therapy using trusted online video platforms or over the telephone.
Hi, I am a qualified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and have over 10 years of experience working with issues such as anxiety, phobias, stress, panic, and confidence issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to suit the needs of the patient.
I am based in Central Manchester, near St Peter's square, easily accessible by tram, car and bus.
I am a dedicated and qualified practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I completed my training at The London College of Clinical Hypnosis, one of the leading providers of hypnotherapy training, where I received my Post Graduate Certificate awarded by the University of West London. Much of my training has been directed from the school of Psychotherapeutic Studies. This means I am able to draw from many approaches to therapy such as Cognitive, Behavioural and Psycho-analytical, NLP and Mindfulness. I do not use one size fits all approach but rather tailor sessions to meet the needs of the client and best approaches according to the issue I am working with.
I am a registered associate member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and bound by their code of conduct and ethical principals. You can be assured you will receive a professional, high standard of care in a safe and supportive environment. As a member of the BSCH I am committed to continued personal and professional development. I regularly attend masterclass workshops and CPPD training courses.
What my clients say:
"I went to Paula due to my fear of flying. Right up to the morning of the flight Paula was supportive. I amazed myself with how calm I felt throughout the flight, and was even able to enjoy the experience with my young children who were flying for the first time. It left me feeling empowered and more confidence for future trips." Jack, Stockport
"From day one I was amazed how easily Paula understood each of my thoughts, my feelings and exactly what I meant, especially when English is not my mother language. I started to feel a change from my second session. My head became clear and fresh and I was able to deal with difficult situations rather than hide and feel stressed and anxious. I can handle difficulties now in a more logical and calm way. Paula transformed my life!" Eva, Manchester
