About me

If you feel uncomfortable about doing face to face sessions, I am happy to offer On Line Therapy using trusted online video platforms or over the telephone. Some clients like a combination of both on line and face to face. I am happy to be flexible according to your needs at this difficult time.

I am a qualified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist and have over 10 years of experience working with issues such as anxiety, phobias, stress, panic, and confidence issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring sessions to suit the needs of the patient.

If you're looking to make changes in your life, you want to feel calm and more confident, sleep better, live your life fully and have better relationships, hypnotherapy is a wonderful and effective approach to help you achieve those goals.

I work from comfortable, professional rooms based in Central Manchester, near St Peter's square, and on Wilbraham Road, Chorlton, both easily accessible by tram, car and bus.

What my clients say:

"I went to Paula due to my fear of flying. Right up to the morning of the flight Paula was supportive. I amazed myself with how calm I felt throughout the flight, and was even able to enjoy the experience with my young children who were flying for the first time. It left me feeling empowered and more confident for future trips."  Jack, Stockport

"From day one I was amazed how easily Paula understood each of my thoughts, my feelings and exactly what I meant, especially when English is not my mother language. I started to feel a change from my second session. My head became clear and fresh and I was able to deal with difficult situations rather than hide and feel stressed and anxious. I can handle difficulties now in a more logical and calm way. Paula transformed my life!" Eva, Manchester
