About me
I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist who came to this calling later in life. I wanted to help people with Emotional and Mental Health issues having dealt with problems personally and witnessed in loved ones how devastating these situations can be.
Having done a lot of research on various therapies, Hypnotherapy seemed to me to be the one that could help with the widest range of difficulties. It is non invasive and can help in a short space of time and most clients will see changes after just one session.
There is great enjoyment in helping someone to deal with an issue that has had a negative impact on their lives and showing them that they can take back control and live the way that they want to.
I cover treatment for Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Stress, Confidence issues, Performance Anxiety, Digestive problems, in fact most emotional difficulties that people can suffer from. I have also found that my clients really benefit from Hypnotherapy Relaxation sessions which can be done on a repeat basis to clear the negativity from their lives. I also offer a facility whereby I can do group relaxation sessions on the premises for companies who are wanting to help staff with the day to day stress of their work.

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
