As a skilled Integrative Therapist for over sixteen years I use the combination of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy either together or separately to help deliver Programmes that are completely designed around you. My practise is in a confidential setting at the CNH Clinic in Stretton which provides reception and full facilities, so from the moment you arrive you experience a safe, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Situated in the beautiful Cheshire Countryside I am within easy access to the motorway networks.
How Can Hypnotherapy Help?
Hypnotherapy can help you right now. I can help you find the key to unlock change through hypnosis – whether you are struggling with anxiety or low self esteem, want to increase your confidence, need to lose weight or stop smoking or even with relaxation for fertility and childbirth. Not all hypnotherapy is the same, and not all hypnotherapists are the same. As a qualified hypnotherapist, I use advanced techniques that make a real difference. Not only is this type of dynamic hypnotherapy wonderfully effective and enjoyable but it also helps to create the changes that you want to think and feel differently about yourself and help you with the feeling of being in control, using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
In order for us to change habits that we see as unhealthy, irrational or even fearful we need to build positive associations around them to be able to bring about subconscious change. This is change that comes from within, the power of what we think we become. Our brains patterns are matched from past experiences. By looking at deeper feelings that trigger our habits or fears we can change the way we think and feel. Using a combination of therapeutic modalities, Hypnosis can help to create a healthier, happier and ultimately more confident you that feels in control and can then let go of those unhelpful triggers and drivers.
