About me
At Mind Retreat, I specialise in helping clients take back control of their lives through a combination of techniques.
My name is Niki J Foster and I am a qualified and accredited practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness Meditation.
I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists and bound by their strict code of ethics.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist using a combination of techniques, I help clients to make significant, positive changes in a short period of time. My clients are taught to focus on what they want to achieve and the benefits of change, rather than on the problems themselves.
I work with clients with weight related issues, anxiety, depression, smoking cessation, addictions, sleep issues, confidence issues, fears, phobias and many more.
I help my clients to identify their inner skills and resources, to help them realise their full potential and ability to make positive changes to their lives.
Sessions are tailor made to suit each individual. Often the therapy involves elements of hypnotherapy, mindfulness, NLP and EFT.
I offer a free telephone consultation where we can discuss how these techniques can help you, what hypnosis may feel like, and an opportunity for you to ask questions.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members.
There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

At the present moment, I am proudly engaged in a rewarding partnership with The Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven, dedicating my efforts towards assisting patients and their families who are bravely coping with the challenging journey of dealing with cancer. My primary objective within this partnership is to provide support, empathetic guidance, and comprehensive resources to ensure that these individuals and their families receive care and assistance throughout their unique and personal experiences with cancer. Together, we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment that nurtures healing, fosters resilience, and promotes holistic well-being for all those affected.
