I work with people who wish to overcome problems that are preventing them from living the life they want.
As a trained cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, I use a range of researched, tried and tested techniques to help you develop healthy, rational and effective ways of thinking and behaving.
These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy and counselling. I also use Mindfulness techniques and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to overcome the negative ways many of us talk to ourselves when reflecting on our life’s events.
I particularly want to help you change the way you think so that you can get on with living the life that you want to be living and enjoying.
Training, qualifications & experience
Accredited Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
2 years working experience of adults and teenagers. You can expect a fully trained, successful hypnotherapist who will fully assist you to make the changes you want in life. What can you expect when you come to see me? Firstly, we will discuss what you want hypnosis for. I will then explain what happens during a hypnotic session, and allow you to ask any questions you may have; no question is too silly to ask.
You are in control throughout the process. Remember, you have the ability to make a positive change in your life.
Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
* If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
£70 for a home visit to you for one hour. £50 for you to come to me and £60 for a Skype session for an hour.
I am happy to travel up to 15 miles away from the SW20 area in which I live.
