I'm an experienced clincial hypnotherapist and approved therapist for Anxiety UK. Within each session I'll help you to safely build the skills you need to overcome whatever challenges you're facing.
My solution focused, evidence based approach to anxiety disorders and trauma therapy will help you to take back control of your life and help you to feel safe and strong in your body again.

I hold professional membership with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the BrItish Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (BSCH), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Craniosacral Society (CSS). Hypnotherapy has been approved by the British Medical Journal and the British Medical Association. It’s also supported by the NHS and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)

British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH)
The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy.
There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows.
Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.

Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
