Hi, I’m Nicola, a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Life Coach. Do you want to make a change? Are you facing an unexpected challenge?
I provide hypnotherapy services that focus on building self-confidence, managing stress, and achieving personal growth.
My aim is to help you unlock your potential and overcome any challenges.

Training, qualifications & experience
I gained my qualification at the Clifton Practice (CPHT) in Belfast, a recognised centre of excellence for hypnotherapy. I am also a qualified Fusion Therapeutic Life Coach (FCTC), Integrated Coaching Academy in England.
I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH) and the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
