About me

I am a Southampton, Hampshire hypnotherapist providing hypnotherapy for STOP SMOKING, WEIGHT LOSS, ANXIETY including social anxiety,FEARS and phobias, bad habits, relationship problems etc from my Aisha Hypnotherapy clinic located in Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire.

I cover Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham, Winchester, Portsmouth and surrounding areas. I have helped many clients just like you overcome obstacles to happy and successful living. I am an NLP Master Practitioner and life coach.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with the Hypnotherapy Control Board in 1994 and was awarded a DHP
I am an NLP Master Practitioner training with Richard Bandler, John La Valle and Paul McKenna
I am a member of the Hypnotherapy Association.
I am also a Louise Hay teacher and workshop seminar leader having trained in San Diego
I ran a problem page in regional newspapers and was regular counsellor/therapist on a Power FM Radio show in Southampton.
I also undertake inner child work with clients.

Hypnotherapy Association

The Hypnotherapy Association is a leading independent professional body in Britain representing approved hypnotherapists in active practice. All members agree to follow a code of ethics.

There are a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member, Licentiate Member, and Full member, with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.

Hypnotherapy Association is a Registered Member of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).


International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts

All IAPH Members have undergone a certain amount of 'hands - on' training and reached a certain standard of proficiency and experience before they are eligible to join the organisation.

This is based around three main areas of competence: firstly, they have successfully passed the Successful Hypnotherapy Diploma Course, secondly, they have undergone a specified amount of hands-on training and experience and thirdly, they have undergone their own training therapy.

All IAPH Members are committed to Continuing Professional Development and are bound by a Code of Practice and Ethics.
