About me

In-person appointments are now available at my new Leeds office with social distancing measures in place. Book your free consultation today at https://hypnosisyorkshire.com/book - online appointments are also available

I enjoy working closely with my clients to help them unlearn those unwanted feelings, thoughts and habits to help them be who they want to be. I do this by using a variety of different techniques tailored to each client.

I am a full time clinical hypnotherapist; specialising in anxiety, depression, past trauma, smoking and sports performance. My office is situated in the Regus office suite at Princes Exchange in Leeds city centre (only 1 minute walk from the train station). With my days taken up by clients and further studies to enable me to offer the best service possible to my clients.

I had a keen interest in hypnosis and hypnotherapy for many years before deciding to study it at the renowned INNERVISIONS School of Clinical Hypnosis. My motivation for learning hypnosis was for it to be a tool to take in to the police service. During my studies I realised that I could have a far greater impact on people’s lives by helping them on a more personal level with hypnotherapy. This realisation brought me to the decision to retract my application for the police service at the final stage.

I have gained a lot of experience in my working life, due to having a variety of different careers. I feel this helps me to understand a wider variety of people and enable me to connect with them. My clients report that my laid back approach has helped them to feel relaxed and at ease very quickly during their consultation of first session.

I take great pride in seeing the change in my clients, especially the ones that have been living with their unwanted feelings for many years.

Want to find out if I can help you? Book a Free 30 minute call back. This will enable us both to see if we could work with each other.  There will be no pressure, no hard sell.

Neil was brilliant, he made me feel really at ease from the start. The session has helped me deal with an issue that I thought couldn't be resolved. The whole process was great, really positive and I feel a lot better. I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone

Brilliant experience. Hopefully will keep losing the fat at a nice steady pace. No dieting involved which is fab. You can eat what you want but you are in control. Not that little demon in your head telling you to eat anything and everything in sight. Really recommend Neil.
