Training, qualifications & experience

About Me
Clinical Hypnotherapist and Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I am fully qualified with a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (recognised by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and NCFE) and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) practitioner certificate.

I LOVE helping people, throughout my life and my career I have always gone above and beyond to counsel and guide my clients, to make the changes they need to live their lives to the fullest.

I have qualifications at the highest level of education at Anglo European College of Therapeutic Hypnotherapy. I run my practice from my office at home, which gives me the flexibility to see clients at a time that suits them and me, with full confidentiality. I’m registered with the The General Hypnotherapy Register and The Professional Hypnotherapy Network and I abide by the strict code of ethics. I have full insurance and public liability Insurance.

I live with my partner, and my 3 beautiful children who I adore but also can drive me round the bend!  There are plenty of times I’ve had to use Hypnotherapy on myself to deal with the mini army we created.  I love to laugh and enjoy spending time with my friends and family. My main hobby is reading, I read A LOT.  I enjoy long walks.

I had hypnotherapy myself after my first marriage broke down and I lost my confidence, it helped me to rebuild my confidence and my life, and I use it now to help when I face challenges that life throws at me. I will teach you skills that you can carry through your life like I have, to help you overcome any problems that you may have now and in the future.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.

Hypnotherapy is one of the shortest forms of psychotherapy, and we will be continuingly measuring your improvement throughout the sessions. This will then always ensure your getting the outcome you desire.

Clinical studies have shown that you need around 4-6 sessions for lasting results and change. I recommend (and prefer) to work with my clients for a minimum of 4 sessions which consists of an initial orientation/assessment session or one hour and a half, followed by 3 sessions of one hour each. Although this rarely happens, if we feel you need further sessions, this can of course be booked-in after your initial 4 sessions.

One off sessions £65.00

Any additional sessions needed are charged at £65.00 each

Gift vouchers are available if you would like to treat someone to a relaxation session or perhaps some hypnobirthing, you can contact me direct to discuss this.

Further information

As with any medical service I cannot give 100% guarantees. The treatment that we go through together will be reliant upon you giving full commitment and engagement and I will guide you and help you as much as possible you have my guarantee of that.

I carry out follow up calls or emails if you would like me to, this will ensure you are keeping on track, this is something we will discuss in our sessions. A lot of my clients like to come back and see me for top-up sessions from time to time or when they are having a difficult time in their life. So if its a one off fix your looking for or contact in the future I can offer you either.

I will be giving you home learning and practical tasks. This could range from reading an article to practising what we have done in sessions. The reason for this is that it enhances the work that we are doing within the sessions. The more you engage the better the outcome.

Hypnotherapy is a very collaborative process, I will be putting a lot of homework into helping you before our sessions and after, so I require you to have the same commitment to get your desired result. But don’t worry, I promise it wont be too taxing!  We will discuss all of this in our sessions and I think your find the home tasks very interesting, informative, and maybe even fun.

If you have any questions or would just like to have an informal chat then please get in touch and I'll be happy to answer and questions or concerns that you may have. My website gives more information at

Look forward to hearing from you soon

My very best wishes
