About me

I am a MBACP Counsellor, CNHC Clinical Hypnotherapist, EMDR Therapist and ILM Life & Executive Coach. I am fully CRB checked and insured.

I am a qualified experienced CBT/Integrative MBACP Counsellor, Clinical Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Life/Executive Coach. I am a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP), a Fellow of ILM (FInsLM), a Registered Member of the CNHC and an EMDR Therapist. I specialise in Depression and Anxiety.

I work privately in my own clinic in Billericay which is easily accessible by the A12 and surrounding areas. I also have a clinic in Marbella, Spain.

I have a wealth of experience counselling clients with varying issues; mild to severe depression and anxiety, weight management issues, self belief, self worth, self esteem and self confidence issues, motivation, finding the right job, right partner, relationship management, bereavement and loss, anger management, dealing with insomnia, PTSD, effective discipline for children, guilt issues etc. to name but a few.

I offer Integrative, Person-centred, CBT, TA, Solution Focused, and Bereavement Counselling on a long-term or short-term basis - depending on the requirements of the client. I am a specialist in (Mild to Severe) Depression and Anxiety. As a Hypnotherapist, I offer Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, NLP and EFT therapies. As a Coach, I offer, private and corporate clients, Life Coaching as well as Executive Coaching. I have varied professional experience of counselling adults, children and couples.

As an experienced and professional counsellor, hypnotherapist and Coach, my approach to therapy is holistic in nature exploring cognitive, emotional, cultural and environmental elements of a client's life. My intention is to provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental, comfortable, calming, relaxing and tranquil space for my clients to explore any issues affecting them. Although I do not give advice, I explore what is best for my client. As a Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Coach and EMDR specialist I believe that where necessary emotional issues can be best explored and challenged by using elements of all the therapies I offer combined.

I am bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and attend regular monthly supervision for counselling. My experience is working privately, in schools and in the voluntary sectors. I work with Adults and children including Children with Autism.

Please visit my website www.goals-solutions.com for full details on the therapies and services that I offer. If you are unsure if emotional therapy is for you, please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. I offer a free initial telephone consultation session for all new clients.
