Unleash your potential

The Butterfly Effect Talking Therapies

MPL-Hypnosis and Psychotherapy are an award winning clinic.

Things are not right at the moment. The lockdown is affecting people in different ways, such as Depression, Anxiety, Loss and Bereavement, Loss of work, Loss of Lifestyle, Relationship issues, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Needle Phobia. I am here to help and I offer a safe environment where this can be explored.

I believe that the individual is the expert and therefore you have the power to create changes in your live and I am here to help you achieve that.

I have experience in working with adults and young people aged between 8 and 18 years. I run a private practice and also work with a local charity where the majority of my client work is with the Blue Lights Emergency Services, and also, Children and young people.

Unleash your potential

I offer a warm and welcoming space where changes take place. Well, that rhymes.  Although nothing will change unless you want it to, and I am here to help you create and make those changes.

What can I help you with?

I can help with, Anxiety, depression, Phobia, unwanted habits, unwanted sensations such as pain, Smoking cessation, Childhood trauma, social anxiety, loss and bereavement. Mostly I can help you to leave your past behind, there is no future in the past. Become the person that you were always meant to be.

I offer a free consultation either by telephone, Zoom or in person.

I love what I do. Working with people to help them achieve their potential is the most rewarding vocation there is.
