On a personal level hypnotherapy helped me to cope with my work/life balance a few years ago. It enabled me to understand why I felt like I did. It gave me the opportunity to gain control of my life through relaxation and trance. I was sceptical! Not any more. I was able to learn how to cope with anxiety and fear and all the 'what ifs' - 'I can't do that', 'buts' etc. It wasn't difficult.
I trained in solution focused hypnotherapy because I needed to empty my bucket and it is based on neuroscience research.
I haven't looked back. If you're juggling life or running on that hamster wheel and feel you can't get off then try hypnotherapy. It's safe and easy to do.
WHAT'S YOUR MIND UP TO?
Your mind can make up anything it wants - often we let it do so without control and end up feeling wrung out and stressed.
Maybe we don't even know what sets the chain of anxiety in motion.
YOU are always in control - there's no magic!
It gave me the opportunity to gain control of your life through relaxation and trance.
We trance naturally - remember the journey to work? what did you do on auto pilot today? That is trance.
Our conscious minds go off somewhere else and the subconscious mind keeps us on track.
Together we go through a FREE initial consultation which lasts approx. 60 mins. This is probably the most important part of the whole treatment. We look at what you'd like to achieve, see how that forms into your reality with options and a way forward.
In subsequent sessions you can allow your mind to relax on the comfortable warm couch. These last for 60 mins. You will know how many you need.
No gimmicks, no TV sensationalism. By relaxing the mind you are able to reduce your anxieties and mithering. Ultimately you have control of your thoughts. Yes you do. If I can do it so can you!
Call me to arrange your free no obligation consultation in the lovely village of Rushwick in a relaxed environment. Your time and your space. Easy parking too!
As well as hypnotherapy and talk therapy I also offer reflexology sessions - all treatments allow your mind to drift off. The muscles in the body then relax and I can do my work more effectively.

I'm particularly interested in technology addiction. I see clients who are craving more 'Likes', Obsessing over their number of followers and constantly checking for notifications. They find they're oversharing, checking social media all the time, worried about their 'social' image, adding more and more friends and not getting out because life revolves around social media. There is life outside and offline! Grab it before "Nomophobia" grabs you.
This has a massive negative impact on your sleep quality another area I really enjoy working with.
Also fitness apps can be so good if the owner can be disciplined to take them off their wrists. Some people can't sleep - seems that the pattern can be disrupted due to wondering what the sleep quality is going to be like - that sets a pattern of 'what if I go to sleep. ? when will I wake?, how often will I wake? - then you come to morning and you're exhausted.
You can get this sorted - try hypnotherapy and talk therapy.
