You may be seeking to resolve a problem in your life that is causing you some anxiety. Perhaps anxiety is itself  the main issue for you, or possibly a related behaviour such as addiction. Hypnotherapy supports you to make the changes you want and need at a deep level to live as you choose. Whatever your difficulty, whether it is an annoying bad habit or a truly life altering depression, then you will find that hypnotherapy can bring symptom relief  and real change. Hypnotherapy offers the therapist and client a way to access all of the clients resources to promote positive emotional health. Human beings are usually at their most fulfilled when they sense that in all of their elements physical, mental, emotional and spiritual they are aligned and in balance. The hypnotic state also allows the possibility of meaningful change taking place without having to discuss fully all of a client's issues. So the change is internal - where it needs to happen.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

I have also trained in Counselling, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
