About me

Face-to-face sessions, online across Skype and Zoom or via telephone. Initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) free of charge. No obligation to book further sessions.

Before going any further, why not take a few minutes right now to deeply relax. Here is a free recording focusing on change in uncertain times:

Whether you are wanting to make a few adjustments to an already contented life, or are in desperate need of help, my aim is to facilitate your full recovery in the very shortest period of time, empowering you to live your life to its greatest potential – the life you deserve to lead.

I am a partner at the North London Stress Management Centre, located in Muswell Hill London N10 and Islington N1 (a few minutes walk from Angel station). Sessions are offered face-to-face or across the Skype and Zoom platforms.

Utilizing hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) REBT, Gestalt psychology, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Psycho-Cybernetics and (where appropriate) EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques, I have successfully treated clients from all walks of life who have suffered from depression, post-traumatic stress, insomnia, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders, alcohol and cannabis addiction.

A former professional rock musician, I treat performers from some of the world's leading rock bands and orchestras who are currently facing issues relating to stage fright, performance anxiety and drug dependency.

As a previous smoker, I am delighted that my unique three-session Stop Smoking and RELAX programme, combining 1:1 sessions with a series of personalised recordings and daily POWER meditations has helped countless numbers of people to quit smoking and actually enjoy the transition to great new lives!

I have recently been interviewed on the subject of performance anxiety and work related stress in magazines and newspapers as diverse as The Times, VICE Magazine and the Financial Times and news agencies including Reuters. See my website for further details.

Feel free to contact me during office hours for a friendly, informal chat. I look forward to hearing from you.
