About me

I am many things. I am a husband and a father of three adult children. I am a married priest, a registered nurse - specialist practitioner, a clinical teacher and assessor, a coach and hypnotherapist.

And yet, I am so much more than any of these labels. An experiment: take a moment and close your eyes, take a deep breathe. Over the next few seconds just become aware of the immense expanse that is within you. All the labels melt away, breathe deeply, and relax into who you are.

For some this will be a very exciting experience, others feel terrified. Both are good. I help people connect and explore all of this.

As a nurse, priest and therapist I’ve helped people connect with and hear their inner voice. I have helped people transform their fear. I have helped many people face death well, guided them in making peace and acceptance with their ultimate fear.

I’ve created and run a successful business, managed HIV charities in London, closed one down, and amongst other things helped the NHS save money. I have learned that there is no such thing as failure, only opportunities to learn.

I have learned to let go of my fears, self-sabotage and limiting beliefs, I now feel more alive to who I am. Creating a life that feels connected to my true self, and that’s a very happy place.

Therapies offered

Firstly, I would recommend, if you have not done so already, that you research other coaches and Hypnotherapists. Call them and have a conversation with them. Ask them the burning questions you have and ask how they can help you. This will give you a sense of how differently I work from others, and how your programme will be truly unique to you.

After making contact with me, I will invite you to a have a discovery conversation with me. This will take place via Zoom (or any other platform that suits you: Face Time, Skype, WhatsApp) or by telephone.

You are making no commitment at this time and I am not your coach/therapist yet. If we decide working together is not the best thing for you, there is no cost to you except the time spent with me. If we do decide to work together, the discovery conversation will be considered part of the programme. Either way there is no extra cost to you.
