About me

I’m a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and a Yoga therapist skilled at helping people release trauma from their nervous system and unlocking fears that prevent them from creating the life they want. While I specialise in traumas, depression and anxiety, I have a real passion for helping people struggling with their physical health and experiencing health anxiety.

Our emotions play a direct role in our physical health, and negative emotions when not dealt with can cause imbalance and distress that may begin to affect our physical health. In fact, research shows that more than 75% of all chronic diseases derive from stress. I have a unique way of combining Cognitive Hypnotherapy with the ancient knowledge of Yoga and my approach may involve breathing exercises, mindfulness, awareness and chakra balancing depending on the individual’s needs.

My expertise lies in treating people struggling with anxieties, PTSD, depression, insomnia, panic attacks and health anxiety. I also assist those with chronic diseases who feel their condition is affecting their mental health. I deeply understand the mind-body connection and I aim to equip my clients with the relevant tools and techniques to adequately cope with their emotions. My approach is fluid and highly intuitive, and I can quickly go straight to the heart of the matter. I believe that a symptom is a sign of something else, and I excel at getting to the root cause of any problem.
