About me

Marilyn is a very experienced Hypnotherapist and Stress Manager working at Frome Therapy Rooms. She sees clients from Yeovil online, or has phone sessions. If you are looking to improve your quality of life look no further!

Marilyn's Hypnotherapy promotes a sense of well-being at a deep level. It aids relaxation and improves energy levels. Whatever the stresses and strains of life Marilyn helps clients to be more effective and more truly themselves.

Marilyn uses Hypnotherapy, CBT, Stress Management, Anger Management, the Enneagram Personality system and Practical Spirituality to aid her clients to improve their confidence in many different areas of life.

I am seeing people in person, online and doing phone sessions.

Training, qualifications & experience

Marilyn was first a trained teacher. She now uses the psychology she learned in her Hypnotherapy to help clients understand what is going on in their lives. She did an 18 month training with the Association of Hypnotherapy and Stress Management. She has also done courses in CBT, Anger Management, and the Enneagram. She studied Psychology with the Open University. She has just completed a year-long Diploma in Practical Spirituality.

Marilyn has been in practice over 20 years. In that time people with many different issues have come along and have felt so much better for having done sessions with Marilyn.
