Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Child (8+ yrs) & Young People Hypnotherapy.  I have experience of dealing with the following for children and young people:-

  • Exam Stress/Preparation
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
  • Driving Test Preparation
  • School Refusal
  • Shyness/Social Anxiety
  • Bed Wetting

And many more.  This is a highly rewarding part of my work as Hypnotherapy is empowering for children and young people to resolve their issues.
