About me
I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner. I trained in this field as I have experienced the power and permanency of the therapy for myself. I am passionate about the positive, life-changing results that can be achieved through Hypnotherapy.
I have worked extensively with Anxiety and related conditions, such as PTSD, panic attacks, IBS etc. I am also trained in Child & Young People Hypnotherapy for issues such as anxiety, school refusal, exam nerves, insomnia, bed wetting, sports performance etc.
