About me

Hello, I am Margaret, together we can make your life so good. free from stress anxiety and overwhelm.  I want to help you to discover the power of your mind, how through easy to apply techniques we can create powerful, dynamic, change to how you think and feel. I love these techniques because change starts happening almost immediately and the whole process is fast and effective, just the way I like it. We don't need to go over old emotional stories again and again. yet we are able to get to the root of your problems. Rather like weeding an unruly garden, we can to pluck out all those difficult, painful, stressful thoughts and feelings from your mind and in their place allow happiness, joy and calm to grow and flourish.

I am a fully qualified  Coach, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. I specialise in stress. sleep and all anxiety related issues.

Contact me on 07906735979 for a free 20 minute telephone consultation to discuss how I can help and support you.

I offer a free relaxing download.

I have a clinic in South Liverpool but work nationally and internationally online via Zoom which is secure and easy to use. I love working online and my clients have found it to be a very positive experience,

I use Solution Focused techniques which are based in the latest research in neuroscience and brain research combined with hypnosis to produce fast, long lasting results.

During our first meeting we will get to know each other and the explore what is causing your anxiety and stress. You will have a chance to ask questions and I will give you a free download to listen to at night which will help the process enormously. Many people notice great improvement in how they feel even after this first appointment.

During the following weeks we will have 50 minute appointments which will combine positive psychology, easy exercises to rewire the brain and relaxing trance.  These meetings are usually very enjoyable and relaxing and leave people with a great feeling of calm and well being.  The work we do together looks to the future rather than dwelling on the past.
