I CAN AND I WILL HELP YOU..
Lets cut to the chase.......I can help you..... Life has thrown alot at me and I may not completely understand what you are going through but I have a very good idea how to make it better, if not sort it out completely.....Non-judgemental, objective and open. Its all about focusing on you, what you want and how you can achieve your goals. There is nothing wrong about asking for help in fact it takes a brave person to realise they need help and who wants change to happen...So be brave .....I was..
Hypnotherapy can be beneficial for those looking for relief from a range of problems and is combined with a person’s own resolve and enthusiasm to seek a desired goal. It is often used to help relieve stress, anxiety, aid sleeping, prevent bedwetting, attitudes to weight; many types of addictions and help clients achieve behavioural change ie stop smoking even solve problematic food issues.
Apart from these issues, through hypnotherapy and nutritional assessment, I can also help with minor skin conditions that are made worse by stress or lack of confidence. I can also use hypnotherapy to enhance performance in areas such as sport, public speaking, stage, exams even sex.
Hypnotherapy can assist people to cope with and manage some of their pain and suffering. Through my personal experience and skills, I can use hypnotherapy to help house and bed bound clients re-live their enjoyments and their past, especially the elderly with health issues. I can help them find CALM.
I really feel I have the empathy to understand and help you with many of your issues. I believe I can make a difference.
I was an (Ofsted- good to outstanding) Head of Department and teacher. My pupils achieved excellent results and I had an affinity with the students, staff and parents. To try and be the best, at what I did, I was working 24/7 and this took its punishment out on my health. After suffering a number of heart attacks, I realised my life needed to change. A smoker with a stressed life, weight issues, an addiction to being seen as perfect, anxious what people thought and then after my cardiac arrests, in pain, due to complications of being so ill. Then on top of all this, my mother suddenly died of cancer, resulting in me living in fear and experiencing day and night terrors…….
Out of this mess I realised how lucky and strong minded I was….
My life had to transform and Hypnosis was the door I walked through.
I believe, my mind kept me alive, my mind showed me life can be enhanced, my mind has been helping me to recover against the odds and now my mind is made up to help others.
I can teach you to be a better, healthier, happier and CALM individual. You are important and so are your goals, so let me help you to achieve all that you want.
I believe I have been given a second chance let me help you have yours.

If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Performance Management and Talking and Drawing
Stress in students can lead to poor academic achievement, apathy, depression, behavioural problems etc. and at a time when schools are increasingly under pressure and both students and staff face higher levels of stress.
It is common for students to latch onto their weaknesses rather than their talents and strengths and students can easily be discouraged by negative criticism even if it is them saying it to themselves, they are in fear of failure, or not being able to remember what they have learned in class, for tests or even exams. For some it isn’t just the anxiety or nerves at the time of the investigation but very often it’s just being around their peers. Many students struggle unnecessarily during day to day life.
Students and staff who are stressed will perform at a lower level than peers who remain calmer.
Giving children and adults the right help can set them up for life, teaching them resilience and the tools to cope.
I would like to offer my experience and knowledge in using a simple approach that manages stress and develops the students and staff their own ability to use mental skills for success.
This is also a key issue in the office environment also.
My aim is to give the students scoping strategies that they can utilize to reduce their anxiety levels and perform at their very best. This can lead to better academic performance and far greater emotional wellbeing for the student.

It's difficult to explain in words the feeling one has after a hypnotherapy session but I can recommend that you try it to find out for yourself. All positive improvement!!
The lovely surroundings in Lyneth's home, particularly the therapy room, and her hospitality were second to none and really helped to ensure it didn't feel like a shrink's office! I felt safe and at ease and ready for the commencement of the session.
I must admit I was a little sceptical at first but am open to alternative therapies but soon after Lyneth started the session it was obvious that she had quickly managed to connect with my sub conscious. After the first session I definitely felt relaxed and slept so well that night! Feeling comfortable to proceed with further sessions, Lyneth was able to take me down further and get to the bottom of a couple of issues. Admittedly, some of the feelings experienced were a little odd but not scary, just odd, especially when I am usually so "in control" of my life, to unconsciously have unexpected reactions really opened my eyes to the level at which your sub-conscious works. Any scepticism I had went out the window and, once again, at the end of the session I felt a sense of a weight off my shoulders, a certain contentment and relaxation.
Lyneth is very professional and seems to have a natural attunement with people. I never felt like I was "out of control" at any time and I certainly wasn't made to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with (not like you often see on the TV!).
Having never had hypnotherapy before, I was quite nervous on my first session but was quickly put at ease by Lyneth with a thorough explanation of the process prior to starting. Initially I had a simple relaxation session to get me used to the process and to make sure I was comfortable with everything.
I strongly recommend Lyneth's services. She is an amazing hypnotherapist, amongst many other skills. Her practice is very inviting, homely and comfortable.Having never had hypnotherapy before, I was quite nervous on my first session but was quickly put at ease by Lyneth with a thorough explanation of the process prior to starting.
