About me

I offer Hypnotherapy for difficulties such as stress, anxiety, Phobias, Panic Attacks , Depression and habits .

Hypnotherapy is a deeper form of relaxation which focusses on the Challenges , behaviour and patterns you want to change .
As part of the Hypnotherapy process we will look at the reasons for seeking help and counselling is incorporated as part of the process.

Relaxation Classes help to relax and still the mind .We focus on mindfulness,deep breathing and visualisation.

Womens Workshops help to focus on nurturing ourselves and concentrate on our Wellbeing.

National Hypnotherapy Society

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I also offer a Relaxation class The Hypno -relaxation class us for 1 hour once a week .
Relaxation helps to maintain good mental health, a chance to meet others and to invest in some me time.
