Louise Arnold - Online Hypnotherapy
I am passionate about helping people overcome any challenges that they may be facing. After spending over 20 years working with a variety of different people and leading large teams, I could see that many people were holding themselves back from doing things they have always wanted to due to limiting thoughts, habits and behaviours.
I believe every client is unique, deserves to be treated with respect and should never be judged or labelled. I offer you a place of safety and comfort, where you feel listened to, can openly discuss anything and you are guided and supported towards finding solutions. My goal is to provide my clients with a professional, reliable and ethical practice. I aim to complete your therapy programme at the earliest and safest opportunity, enabling you to live your life more positively.
I offer a free initial consultation and can help you overcome difficulties losing weight, giving up smoking, managing stress and anxiety and build confidence. Hypnotherapy is also very effective in goal setting when you are not quite sure where you are heading.
Although I do have an office based in Worcestershire, most of my sessions are now held via online platforms like Google Meet, Zoom and Skype. My clients enjoy the convenience of being able to access my services online, whilst feel they relax even deeper in familiar surroundings. It also means that I am able to keep costs down for my clients.
